Konto i wszystkie swoje dane możesz usunąć samodzielnie, w każdej chwili, bez kontaktu z nami.

Jak usunąć konto

• Na stronie senkyno.com: zaloguj się, otwórz menu konta w prawym górnym rogu, wybierz Ustawienia, potem Usuń konto. Wpisz USUŃ i wybierz Usuń na zawsze.
• W aplikacji na Androida: otwórz profil (dotknij zdjęcia psa u góry ekranu) i wybierz Usuń konto.
• Jeśli od zalogowania minęło więcej niż kilka minut, ze względów bezpieczeństwa poprosimy Cię o ponowne zalogowanie.
• Bez dostępu do aplikacji: napisz na kontakt@senkyno.com z adresu e-mail, którym logujesz się do Senkyno, a usuniemy konto za Ciebie.

Co usuwamy

• Konto logowania, profil i ustawienia.
• Twoje psy z całym dziennikiem: wpisy dzienne, wagę, leki i podane dawki, zdarzenia, oceny jakości życia, zdjęcia i filmy, zapisane raporty, publiczne linki do raportów i zaproszenia.
• Tokeny powiadomień Twoich urządzeń.
• Jeśli jesteś weterynarzem: link Twojego gabinetu i jego kod QR, które od razu przestają działać.

Co zostaje i jak długo

• Twój pies, którego udostępniasz opiekunowi (lub innemu właścicielowi), nie jest usuwany: jego właścicielem zostaje ta z tych osób, która ma dostęp najdłużej, razem z dziennikiem psa. Pies udostępniony tylko weterynarzowi jest usuwany jak pozostałe Twoje psy. Pies, którym opiekujesz się jako opiekun, zostaje u swojego właściciela.
• Gdy usuwany pies miał w Senkyno weterynarza, kopia dokumentacji prowadzonej przez weterynarza (jego wizyty i notatki) trafia do archiwum weterynarza na 3 lata, a potem jest usuwana automatycznie.
• Jeśli jesteś weterynarzem: kopia wizyt i notatek dodanych przez Ciebie (z imieniem psa) zostaje zachowana przez 3 lata, żeby udzieloną opiekę dało się udokumentować, a potem jest usuwana automatycznie.
• Kopie zapasowe bazy danych są przechowywane do 14 dni, a usunięte pliki można odzyskać przez 7 dni. Po tym czasie znikają automatycznie.
• Techniczne logi serwera są przechowywane do 30 dni.
• Zapis, że konto usunięto: data i jednokierunkowy skrót identyfikatora konta, bez innych danych, jako dowód wykonania usunięcia.

Usuwanie części danych

Bez usuwania konta możesz w aplikacji usunąć pojedyncze wpisy, zdarzenia, zdjęcia, wagi i leki, odwołać publiczne linki do raportów w Ustawieniach oraz usunąć psa (Udostępnij opiekę, potem Usuń psa).

Deleting your Senkyno account

You can delete your account and all your data yourself, at any time, without contacting us.

How to delete your account

• On senkyno.com: sign in, open the account menu in the top right corner, choose Settings, then Delete account. Type DELETE and choose Delete forever.
• In the Android app: open your profile (tap the dog's photo at the top of the screen) and choose Delete account.
• If you signed in more than a few minutes ago, we ask you to sign in again for security.
• Without access to the app: write to kontakt@senkyno.com from the e-mail address you sign in to Senkyno with, and we will delete the account for you.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account, profile and settings.
• Your dogs with their whole log: daily entries, weight, medications and given doses, events, quality-of-life scores, photos and videos, saved reports, public report links and invites.
• The notification tokens of your devices.
• If you are a vet: your clinic link and its QR code, which stop working at once.

What is kept, and for how long

• Your dog that you share with a caregiver (or another owner) is not deleted: the one of them who has had access longest becomes its owner, with its log. A dog shared only with a vet is deleted like your other dogs. A dog you look after as a caregiver stays with its owner.
• When a deleted dog had a vet in Senkyno, a copy of the records the vet kept (their visits and notes) goes to the vet's archive for 3 years and is then deleted automatically.
• If you are a vet: a copy of the visits and notes you recorded (with the dog's name) is kept for 3 years so that the care you gave can still be documented, and is then deleted automatically.
• Database backups are kept for up to 14 days, and deleted files can be recovered for 7 days. After that they disappear automatically.
• Technical server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
• A record that the account was deleted: the date and a one-way hash of the account ID, nothing else, as proof that the deletion was carried out.

Deleting some of your data

Without deleting your account, you can delete single entries, events, photos, weights and medications in the app, revoke public report links in Settings, and delete a dog (Share care, then Delete dog).

Du kannst dein Konto und alle deine Daten jederzeit selbst löschen, ohne uns zu kontaktieren.

So löschst du dein Konto

• Auf senkyno.com: melde dich an, öffne oben rechts das Kontomenü, wähle Einstellungen und dann Konto löschen. Gib LÖSCHEN ein und wähle Für immer löschen.
• In der Android-App: öffne dein Profil (tippe oben auf das Foto deines Hundes) und wähle Konto löschen.
• Liegt deine Anmeldung mehr als ein paar Minuten zurück, bitten wir dich aus Sicherheitsgründen, dich neu anzumelden.
• Ohne Zugang zur App: schreib an kontakt@senkyno.com von der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du dich bei Senkyno anmeldest, und wir löschen das Konto für dich.

Was gelöscht wird

• Dein Anmeldekonto, dein Profil und deine Einstellungen.
• Deine Hunde mit dem ganzen Tagebuch: tägliche Einträge, Gewicht, Medikamente und gegebene Dosen, Ereignisse, Bewertungen der Lebensqualität, Fotos und Videos, gespeicherte Berichte, öffentliche Berichtslinks und Einladungen.
• Die Benachrichtigungs-Tokens deiner Geräte.
• Bist du Tierarzt: der Link deiner Praxis und sein QR-Code, die sofort nicht mehr funktionieren.

Was bleibt, und wie lange

• Dein Hund, den du mit einem Betreuer (oder einem weiteren Halter) teilst, wird nicht gelöscht: Von diesen Personen wird die mit dem längsten Zugriff mit seinem Tagebuch sein Halter. Ein Hund, der nur mit einem Tierarzt geteilt ist, wird wie deine anderen Hunde gelöscht. Ein Hund, den du als Betreuer betreust, bleibt bei seinem Halter.
• Hatte ein gelöschter Hund in Senkyno einen Tierarzt, kommt eine Kopie der Unterlagen, die der Tierarzt geführt hat (seine Besuche und Notizen), für 3 Jahre in sein Archiv und wird danach automatisch gelöscht.
• Bist du Tierarzt: Eine Kopie der von dir erfassten Besuche und Notizen (mit dem Namen des Hundes) wird 3 Jahre aufbewahrt, damit sich die geleistete Betreuung belegen lässt, und danach automatisch gelöscht.
• Sicherungskopien der Datenbank werden bis zu 14 Tage aufbewahrt, gelöschte Dateien lassen sich 7 Tage lang wiederherstellen. Danach verschwinden sie automatisch.
• Technische Server-Logs werden bis zu 30 Tage aufbewahrt.
• Ein Vermerk, dass das Konto gelöscht wurde: das Datum und ein Einweg-Hash der Kontokennung, sonst nichts, als Nachweis der Löschung.

Einen Teil deiner Daten löschen

Ohne dein Konto zu löschen, kannst du in der App einzelne Einträge, Ereignisse, Fotos, Gewichte und Medikamente löschen, öffentliche Berichtslinks in den Einstellungen widerrufen und einen Hund löschen (Pflege teilen, dann Hund löschen).
